By accessing or using SportAtlas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

You may use SportAtlas for lawful coaching, team management, and athletic development purposes only. You agree not to:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. SportAtlas is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; users under 18 require parental consent.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@sportatlas.app within 14 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all drills, sessions, and other content you create. By using SportAtlas, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. AI features

The AI Coach feature uses third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI). AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only. Always apply professional judgment before using AI recommendations in coaching sessions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app Settings.

7. Limitation of liability

SportAtlas is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
